On May 27 & 28, 2017, you can experience a continent’s worth of flavours and colours at a favourite Festival location – the Food Market! Every year visitors return for the variety of authentic European dishes prepared on-site by our local Food Vendors. From fresh, hand-made grilled meats to more exotic and traditional soups, salads, and entrées – taster and full meal options are available for every appetite and every culinary curiosity!

All meals are served on fully compostable tableware with compostable cutlery to minimize waste at local landfills. We want to reduce our impact by cutting waste and by recycling all plastic bottles and cans sold at the event, as part of our Zero Waste Initiative, supported by BSI Biodegradable Solutions, Green Chair Recycling and Enviro-Smart Organics.
